Rice bran oil is extracted from the hard outer brown layer of rice after chaff (bran and embryo). After scientific processing, the inedible portions will be removed, while the nutritional portions will be remained and the taste will become better. Rice bran oil is regarded as healthy edible oil in many developed countries. The requirements for processing technology are so strict that there are limited companies can produce high quality rice bran oil in China. Zhejiang Delekang Food Limited Company is the largest and first company dedicated in extracting and purifying rice bran oil and its byproducts. The extraction ratio is 200:1. It means one kilogram of high quality rice bran oil is extracted from two hundred kilogram of paddy rice.

Oil is easily oxidized with air to form peroxides which is carcinogenic. In order to prevent oil oxidization, synthetic antioxidants are added to the majority of refined oil, such as TBHQ, BHA, etc. However, Delekang Rice Bran Oil contains natural antioxidants like Oryzanol, and there is no any other synthetic antioxidants added, so it is safe to eat.

Usage
Delekang Rice Bran Oil can be used for stir-frying, deep-frying, as well as making salad.
